Any individuals that apply must meet these requirements:

Must be 18 years old & physically able to perform the work of the trade.

Must submit to a drug testing prior to being accepted into the program.

Must have a High School diploma or a GED equivalent.

All applicants must have a valid driver's licence.

All applicants must have reliable transportation.
